FAQ

Does Go For It accept insurance?

No, Go For It does not accept any insurance

We have all experienced the frustration of needing medical treatment and then having to fight with the insurance company to have it covered. Insurance companies often limit number of allowed visits, how treatment is provided, and what is considered medically necessary. To avoid this battle, I do not take any insurance.

This benefits our clients by allowing Go For It to deliver the most individualized and highest quality care for each client. Together we can go further than insurance-based physical therapy because you, as the client, can play an active role in choosing what works best for you so we can continue past recovery to reaching your greater goals. Every client is unique and I want to provide the best treatment plan for you and your goals.

This also allows you to have a full hour with a doctor of physical therapy instead of being passed off to an aide or an assistant for the majority of your session. I balance the expense by offering weekly, hour-long sessions and sending you home with an individualized training program. Insurance based clinics often want clients to come in three times a week and only spend 15 minutes each time with the doctor. You save time by only coming in once a week and may even save money by paying for one session a week instead of three copays a week.

What is sports rehab? How does it differ from physical therapy?

Sports rehab is high-level care that bridges the gap between physical therapy and performance training. Instead of just getting you back to baseline, we work together to form an individualized plan so you can return to your sport stronger than before you were injured; We improve your threshold so that you are more resilient in strenuous situations. This prevents future injury and builds on your foundation to get you to your goals.
